Lego Competition

The  "South Dakota State Fair LEGO Competitions" will be held  on Wednesday, August 27 and Monday September 1 in the Arts & Education building!

Wednesday's competition allows each contestant to build a design of their choice with no time limit. All completed projects will be on display in the Lego sign up area for the duration of the State Fair.

The Lego projects will be judged on  Monday September 1. Ribbons will  be mailed to winning contestants. First, Second, Third and Fourth place ribbons will be awarded for each of the following categories: 

4-5 year olds
6-7 year olds
8-9 year olds         
10-12 year olds
13-18 year olds
19 + year olds

Monday's competition participants will be selected from the names that havedrawn and each group witl have a set time limit with a predetermined category.  Prizes will be awarded immediately; following the event

Prizes will be awarded to those who receive 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place standings.
