Ashley Curnow's journey to becoming a registered dietitian was driven by her early realization of the vital role nutrition plays in health, sparked by her own health struggles. Graduating from Dakota State University with a biology degree, she balanced academics with athletics, competing in cross country and track and field. Joining Carr Chiropractic, she completed her bachelor's in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado while working under Dr. Wayne Carr. After credentialing through the Commission on Dietetic Registration, she officially became a Registered Dietitian at Carr Chiropractic in 2022.

Ashley's unique health journey, marked by personal challenges, informs her practice. Specializing in functional medicine, she prioritizes patient-centered care, ensuring they feel valued and understood. Through individualized nutritional consultations, testing, lifestyle advice, and supplements, Ashley empowers patients to achieve their health goals comfortably.

Outside of work, Ashley enjoys running and exploring nature with her husband, Braden, frequently camping in state and national parks.
