DD & The Fayrohs

DD & The Fayrohs

Monday, Sept. 6 – 2:30 pm

DD & The Fayrohs is THE rocknroll nostalgia dance band of the Black Hills. Beginning in 1983, the group's longevity is a rare feat in the entertainment industry. They could not have lasted this long without talent, hard work, a rare connection to their audience, and no offers for work in another field.

The band does rock tunes from the 50's, 60's, 70's, 80’s and some very select country. (One polka and one waltz, just because they can.) The group rounds out the sound with 4-part vocal harmonies. DD & The Fayrohs are tailor-made for the generation who invented rock and roll and still reasonably cool for the younger audiences who have grown up appreciating the raw energy and sound of early rock and roll.

The group has been a fan favorite at Kool Deadwood Nights concerts. In 2009, the group performed for an estimated 30,000 people attending the concert series.
